1.3.32 Audio Improvements

This update is mostly fixing bugs and improving the audio experience:

- audio resources are now in mp3 format, this reduces game size 4 times,

- this is first build, done on Linux version of Mingw, this improves safety of future Win32 builds,

- Game Loading Dialogs was improved: now it shows tips and percentage,

- generic window border have been removed for most windows and dialogs,

- added option to mute music,

- revamped settings dialogs and improved it,

- game no longer crashes when settings file is invalid,
